An independent music management and label team is seeking a Head of Digital (Maternity Cover) for a temporary full-time role based in London. The successful candidate will lead the digital team and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across a diverse roster of global and developing artists. The role focuses on delivering effective digital strategies that drive artist development, audience growth, streaming performance and fan engagement worldwide. This hands-on position manages a small digital team, whilst working closely with the wider management and label team. The roles involves: Managing the digital team overseeing digital strategy and campaign prioritisation Providing oversight and alignment across all social, CRM and streaming Managing paid media strategy and performance optimisation Ensuring best-in-class digital execution across all releases with ideation for innovative and creative digital campaign strategies Working closely with the Head of International to deliver global campaign coordination with international partners Leading top line conversations with digital and social partners, agencies and distributors Reporting and performance insights across all streaming and social metrics - reviewing and feeding back on analysis Candidate profile:  Extensive experience in digital marketing within the music industry and leading a team Proven track record delivering globally successful high profile artist campaigns Experience working directly with artists, management and cross-functional teams Strong understanding of streaming ecosystems, social platforms, fan engagement strategies and digital analytic tools Broad knowledge of current digital trends and a forward thinking understanding of the industry developments Detail driven and a strategic thinker with a flexible hands-on approach, being reactive to pivot as needed, balancing oversight with day-to-day campaign execution Comfortable working in a fast-paced independent label and management environment Strong communication and relationship management skills Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

An incredible opportunity to work for an established artist and talent management company.As Day to Day Manager, you will be responsible for working with and reporting to the directors of the company and daily communication with high-profile priority artist. Day to day tasks include -Diary management - juggling multiple busy schedules and last-minute changes Negotiating deals across a variety of different industriesWorking across artists socials and overseeing the creative direction with artists across their social and digital contentBudgeting across marketing campaigns and touring amongst other areasComing up with strategies to help grow the artist's audienceBeing the key point of contact for all third parties.
