The successful candidate will bring strong financial modelling skills, with ideally advanced Power BI capability, to develop robust analysis and reporting that drives better business decisions. Group Financial Accountant - Sport Global Sport company uniquely positioned to bring together technology, creative, agency, talent and media are looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA Group Financial Accountant to join their Central London team. Duties & Responsibilities: Group Finance Coordinate and communicate month end timetables to group Managing period close in Netsuite Intercompany reconciliation and elimination Prepare and maintain schedules for group balance sheet i.e. fixed assets, goodwill, intangibles, shares/investments, deferred tax, NCI Managing Netsuite and Adaptive chart of accounts Reporting Coordinate and collate subsidiary submissions, review and query with subsidiaries, prepare reports Group month end P&L and balance sheet Group Cash flow consolidation External Finance Preparation of support and notes for statutory accounts Review of subsidiary statutory accounts (with Group FC) Review of local GAAPs to AASB (e.g. lease calculations) Assisting with group audit queries Other Ad hoc support across the Group's Finance, Legal and HR functions Skills & Credentials: Qualified accountant with 0-2 years post-qualification experience Knowledge or experience of media and/or sporting industry preferred Previous experience within group reporting preferred Previous experience with Netsuite preferred Refined oral and written communication skills including email, phone, and video conferencing mannerisms Fluent written communication is particularly important with the ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Treasury Regulatory Reporting Analyst - Temp

A growing FX Group is expanding its Treasury Risk & ALM function to strengthen capital and liquidity across multiple legal entities. This contract role will focus on regulatory capital reporting, liquidity management and treasury risk analytics, supporting governance committees and the ICARA process. This is a high-visibility role within a lean treasury team, combining hands-on regulatory reporting with balance sheet oversight and stress testing.   Responsibilities: Prepare and oversee regulatory capital and liquidity reporting, including K-factor calculations and associated disclosures Support the ICARA process, including risk assessments, capital and liquidity adequacy analysis, and recovery and wind-down planning Monitor daily liquidity positions, short-term cash flows and risk appetite limits Contribute to medium-term capital planning across group entities Prepare management information for Risk Committees and Board reporting Support development and enhancement of the Treasury Risk & ALM framework Develop treasury risk analytics, including stress testing and scenario analysis Partner with the business to assess the impact of new products and strategic initiatives on capital and liquidity   Requirements: Strong experience in regulatory capital and liquidity reporting within financial services Good understanding of investment firm regulatory requirements (e.g. IFPR / K-factors) Solid knowledge of balance sheet management, capital and liquidity risk Experience within a broker, SME investment firm, fintech or consultancy environment preferred Advanced Excel skills; comfortable working with large datasets (Power BI knowledge beneficial) Strong communication skills with experience preparing committee or Board-level MI Relevant finance qualification (ACT, ACCA, CFA) or part-qualified candidates considered       Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.

This broad and progressive position will not only be responsible for supporting the European functions. Assisting the COO, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day activities of the team. Being a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and having experience within an Entertainment or Media business you will be experienced in consolidations accounting, inter-company transactions and will have had strong exposure to working in a controls-based environment. Skilled in team management and people development this role will provide accounting exposure across all the business units and be responsible for: Reporting and Controlling: Collation and analysis of the group consolidated reports Group P&L and balance sheet - management and statutory Group budget and forecasts, Group cash flow reporting and forecasts Oversee client reporting; producing reports/brand analysis & client projections Ensure effective reporting to senior management Providing analysis to support results and business decisions Preparation of the monthly management accounts for group functions Preparation, and review of statutory group accounting, audit, and tax Producing of balances, monthly closings, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting Ad-hoc analysis as requires Operational: Team management and continual team development Oversee routine meetings with Department Heads/Finance Managers Key point of contact for Department Heads and Managers Continual process improvement Ensuring that deals and sales are tracked appropriately. The Royalty Analyst supports the full royalty accounting and reporting process for global licensing programs, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting across multiple clients and regions. The role blends financial analysis with stakeholder coordination and provides exposure to both commercial and operational aspects of the business, offering strong opportunities for growth within the finance team! Key responsibilities: Review and process royalty reports and forecasts, ensuring contractual compliance and accurate invoicing Reconcile royalty data against contracts, identifying and resolving discrepancies Manage royalty billing and client remittances in line with agreements and operational requirements Prepare and post month-end journals, including accruals, provisions, and write-offs Reconcile royalty, reserve, and key general ledger accounts Assist with royalty forecasting, cash flow tracking, and ad-hoc revenue analysis.
