A leading global entertainment organisation is embarking on a significant multi-year business transformation programme and is looking for a Organisational Change Management Director to lead the people side of this journey.This is a high-profile opportunity to shape and deliver the organisational change strategy across a complex transformation portfolio, partnering with senior executives and business leaders to drive adoption, readiness and lasting behavioural change.Key responsibilities:* Own and deliver the organisational change strategy across multiple transformation initiatives* Partner with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders to embed effective change leadership* Build change frameworks, governance and best practices from the ground up* Lead adoption, readiness, communications and capability-building activities* Identify change risks and ensure successful transition into new ways of workingWe're looking for:* Significant experience leading organisational change within large-scale transformation programmes* Proven success driving adoption and behavioural change across complex organisations* Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing without direct authority* Strong understanding of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar* Experience within global organisations or media/entertainment is advantageousA rare opportunity to join a newly formed transformation function and play a key role in shaping how a global organisation evolves.Handle Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
