TECH JOBS

This is a 12-month contract Technical Producer / TPM role, based in a central London office (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH; not remote), within a global, design-led tech company. You'll sit between creative, engineering, and operations teams, improving how work gets done by building better systems, tooling, and automation. Experience of working in a similar creative environment is essential for this role. What you'll do: Lead delivery of multiple cross-functional projects across design, engineering, and ops Own tracking systems as the single source of truth for workstreams, timelines, and dependencies Identify risks, remove blockers, and keep delivery on track Translate creative and production needs into clear technical requirements for tooling teams Build and maintain roadmaps for internal tools and automation initiatives Drive adoption of new workflows and measure impact (efficiency, speed, usage) Coordinate intake and prioritisation of new requests across stakeholders Act as the bridge between technical and creative teams Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and operational resources What they're looking for: 7+ years in program management, technical operations, or production roles Strong understanding of creative workflows and tools (e.g. Figma, After Effects) Experience delivering complex cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments Familiarity with automation, APIs, and AI/ML-enabled tooling Strong systems thinking and ability to structure ambiguity Excellent communication across technical and creative audiences Experience working with global, distributed teams Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
