Handle Recruitment is hiring a Junior Sales Associate to support the commercial growth of a global sports technology and media group that works with rights holders, broadcasters, and brands to deliver innovative commercial solutions across live sport. Their virtual advertising platform is used by some of the biggest names in football and you'll be working closely with a senior sales team to identify new brand opportunities, support sales strategy, and help deliver revenue across a portfolio of high-profile football rights. Your responsibilities will include: Rapidly understand the virtual media sports rights market and the brand's offering to be able to articulate available virtual inventory to the clients Work closely with the virtual media Sales team to identify new brands in the market to attract investment for your assigned European football rights Support the Head of Media & Sales in targeted sales strategy planning sessions Develop client portfolio in regional territories and become a trusted contact for ongoing sports advertisement opportunities Responsible for completing the sale of the brand's owned virtual media rights to achieve pre-agreed sales targets for each football season. West London | Hybrid - 3 Days a week in office  About the RoleOur client's Hospitality Department delivers outstanding experiences and generates revenue across some of London's most iconic events, including: Summer: Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic, Taste of London, Hampton Court Palace Festival, Blenheim Palace Festival Winter: Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, Glide at Battersea Power Station Year-round: Lift 109 at Battersea Power Station This is a 360° sales role encompassing lead generation, proactive sales, client account management, and hands-on delivery at events. From Michelin-star dining packages to bespoke Christmas party experiences, no two days are the same. Hybrid working in Central London, pay rate up to £15ph + opportunity to earn commission* Your responsibilities will include: Identifying relevant delegate prospects and delivering a persuasive and compelling case for why they should purchase a ticket to events. Building relationships with delegates, so they see the brand as a key part of their annual calendar and come back to events year-on-year. Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual revenue targets across your portfolio. Developing an expertise on the agendas and issues of interest to prospective delegates within your assigned sector, with a view to improve conversion rates. Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs including call time and dials outs, set by the Head of Delegate Services Acquisition. Calling and engaging with prospective delegates, providing a clear articulation of the event proposition and obtaining new registrations. Growing an extensive knowledge of the key players and organisations within your assigned sector, with a view to ensuring you have the right people and seniority in the room.
