We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Creative Operations Asset Coordinator to join the team of a leading global entertainment and media business.
This is an initial 4 month contract with an ASAP start, offering the opportunity to work within a well-known global entertainment business and support creative marketing campaigns across international markets.
Please note: The role is London-based and requires four days per week in the office, with one day working from home. Unfortunately, we cannot consider fully remote applicants or candidates unable to commute to the London office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in media asset management, creative operations or post-production to work across exciting marketing campaigns, supporting the delivery of creative assets across multiple EMEA markets.
Working closely with creative, marketing and global teams, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing assets, ensuring everything is tracked, managed, localised and delivered accurately and on time.
The role will involve:
Coordinating creative and marketing assets across multiple EMEA campaigns and territories.
Working closely with the Asset Management Supervisor and supporting creative and marketing teams across the region.
Creating and maintaining project schedules, trackers and asset management databases, including Airtable.
Managing the distribution and tracking of assets across various Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
Acting as a key point of contact for asset and localisation requests across UK, EMEA and global teams.
Coordinating the delivery of on-service and off-service audiovisual and design marketing materials.
Sourcing and distributing creative materials, including key artwork, trailers, radio spots and other campaign assets.
Ensuring creative teams and external agencies have the materials they need to develop localised campaigns.
Coordinating asset delivery following technical quality control checks.
Managing the migration of assets between different digital asset management systems.
Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines are met.
Coordinating approvals with global teams and keeping regional markets updated on asset delivery.
Maintaining accurate records, user accounts and access across asset management platforms.
Supporting regular tracking meetings with EMEA and global teams.
We're ideally looking for someone with at least one year's experience in the media or entertainment industry, preferably within asset management, creative operations or a post-production environment.
You'll have a good understanding of video, audio and print formats, experience working with brands and multi-territory teams, and confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in a digital media or direct-to-consumer environment would be beneficial.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines. You'll be a confident communicator, proactive in your approach and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills across Mac and PC are required. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop would also be an advantage.
