An award-winning global creative agency is looking for a Legal Counsel. Reporting to the Global General Counsel, the role is a fantastic opportunity for a junior commercial lawyer to join a large yet still rapidly growing agency with a presence in multiple territories. You will play a significant role in advising the business on all legal issues that arise, with a focus on the UK agency.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts including talent, production and MSAs. Advising on legal and commercial aspects of client projects and productions Providing IP and advertising regulation advice and training Advising on legal risks and opportunities related to the use of AI Advising on Data Protection matters Contributing to internal policies, risk management processes and contract templates Much more information will made available upon request by suitable candidates.To be considered, you should be a qualified commercial lawyer with 0-2yrs PQE* with contract drafting and IP experience. Advertising or production experience is ideal but not essential. *NB: PQE levels are offered as a guide only.
