This role is responsible for the operational delivery of all partner rights and benefits, acting as the key link between event partners and the Host organisation to ensure contractual compliance and seamless on-ground execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the day-to-day lead for assigned sponsors, owning delivery of contractual rights and benefits.Develop and manage the operational plan for the sponsorship and licensing programme, including timelines and implementation manuals.Lead planning and delivery of partner activations, VIK, accreditation, invoicing and guidelines alongside Partnerships & Licensing account managers.Serve as the primary operational contact with the Host organisation, ensuring venue compliance and approved partner activity.Track and monitor Host Agreement deliverables to ensure timely execution.Oversee artwork approvals, signage plans and match management documentation.Coordinate with ticketing and hospitality teams on allocations, portals, reporting and invoicing.Plan event-time resourcing and manage on-site logistics for the sponsorship and licensing team.Attend venue inspections, manage readiness checks and produce post-inspection reports.Deliver partner workshops and provide operational guidance to the sales team.Provide regular operational updates to stakeholders.Manage post-event commercial wrap-up and produce a delivery report with recommendations.
