Handle are looking for a Campaign Executive to book in and oversee campaign plans for a nationally recognised Live Events Company, with head offices based in London.
Our client is renowned for creating unique, dynamic events and is made up of ambitious creatives who always go the extra mile! This position will be the perfect opportunity for a candidate who has previous experience within a marketing role, delivering engaging campaigns, along with the passion for live events!
About the Role:
As the Campaign Executive, you will be looking after venues across the UK, working closely with the Head of Marketing and the Marketing Manager to deliver high end campaigns across all the planned events for the year. This is a Hybrid role, based 3-4 days in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- To devise, implement and monitor plans for marketing campaigns across tours and one-nighter events, adhering to strict budgets
- Supporting the marketing team with broader administration activity, competitor research, insights and marketing trends
- Work with external ticket agents and internal ticketing team on any papering and discount needs
- Liaise with venues to plan the effective launch and marketing of shows
- Monitor booking links regularly and make allocation recommendations
- Accurately record all campaign activity and costs through to settlement
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar marketing role in the events industry/similar
- Strong copywriting skills
- Experience delivering engaging marketing campaigns across channels
- Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
