An excellent temp-to-perm role has become available at large sports client who are looking for a data driven email marketing candidate, with very strong data segmentation skills, to join their business working in their audience experience team. This is a fully office based role working for a well known sporting organisation.
The duties
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns in collaboration with operations, CRM, ticketing & membership teams
- Ensuring accuracy of content and making edits in photoshop where necessary
- Ownership of data segmentation for service campaigns and communications
- Performing A/B testing to elevate audience focused fan communication strategies
The Candidate
- A strong background in data segmentation and analysis
- A strong working knowledge of customer journey management
- Previous experience working in fan-led environment, dealing with large audience and high volume
- Confident working with multiple internal stakeholders and managing deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
