Handle Recruitment are thrilled to have exclusively partnered with one of the leading national live entertainment promoters to source an experienced Executive Assistant to come on board and support the CEO.

We are looking for a star candidate who can support the CEO in both a confidential business and personal capacity in turn allowing the CEO to maximise their productivity in other areas. Ideally this candidate will have experience within live events or music.

This role will be office based 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Be the reliable point of contact for CEO's office, efficiently managing enquiries and messages.
  • Streamline CEO's email inbox, ensuring priority messages are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain a dynamic priority list, facilitating smooth business progress and meeting deadlines.
  • Take charge of CEO's diary, coordinating internal and external meetings seamlessly.
  • Organise national and international travel, ensuring meticulous attention to details and timely documentation.
  • Efficiently handle correspondence, including accurate dictation on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage expense claims, maintain contacts database, and act as a conduit for information within the company.
  • Implement and maintain an effective filing system, digitally and otherwise.
  • Provide support to Senior Management Team during board meeting administration.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external contacts in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will be enthusiastic about working in the office 5 days a week.
  • Proven experience supporting high-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the live music industry is a plus.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated with outstanding written and spoken English.
