We are currently working with an exciting and fast paced talent management business assisting them with their recruitment of a Head of Reporting an MI. They would ideally like to hire someone on a temporary to permanent basis.

Reporting into the Group Finance Director key duties will include:

* Prepare statutory accounts for all group companies and the consolidation
* Liaise with CFO on Audit Committee requirements including monthly board reports and risk
matters
* Manage the relationship with the auditors
* Devise and administer company policy and procedures
* Continually develop and manage the business's control framework
* Support the M&A team with investment appraisals, due diligence and integration
* Oversee group MI including data analysis and KPIs
* Manage finance systems
* Work with Head of Financial Operations on Corporate Finance and treasury matters including
debt, covenants, interest, delegated authorities
* Liaise with external advisors to manage tax matters
* Prepare reports on changes in legislation and accounting standards and their effect on the
business

The Group FD feels this is the perfect first role in industry for someone coming out of practice who has achieved manager level or for someone who left practice at senior accountant level and who is now seeking their second role in industry.

This is a autonomous role which requires someone who really wants to drive the business forward and own their area, the route for progression is very clear with the business hoping for someone with aspirations of being a Group FD/CFO in the future.
