Contemporary art lovers, this is a role for you! A Central London based gallery & collective are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join them and take the lead on the digital marketing, CRM & social strategy. This role will play an integral part in developing and optimising their growth strategies, engagement levels and over all user experience.

The Role…

  • Development and protection of brand identity and guidelines ensuring consistency across all platforms
  • Oversee content creation and encourage creativity, experimentation and new ways to reach audiences
  • Posses a deep understanding of the gallery's market position and brand status, to devise effective marketing strategies
  • Build an in-depth understanding of customer journey, prospective and existing, and build out data segmentation to more effectively manage database
  • Building targeted and technical email marketing campaigns and reporting on successes and challenges
  • Provide monthly insight reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance, key initiatives, and challenges.

The Candidate…

  • A love and appreciation for culture, contemporary art, creativity in all forms
  • Previous experience working within an art organisation would be advantageous.
  • 3-4 years experience working within marketing with a focus on CRM, data segmentation and brand management
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Hubspot, Salesforce, Social Media management tools, Google Analytics.
