Handle are proud to partner with a well-respected music industry corporation. Based in the heart of central London.

Our client is keen to appoint an office assistant/ receptionist, to work closely with and support the Office Manager with a variety of duties.

Given the front facing nature of this role our client is keen to appoint a candidate who will represent their brand to the highest standard! The selected candidate will be the first point of contact who welcomes visitors to their office, and who interacts with clients therefore, suitable candidates will be professional, composed and possess outstanding communication skills.

Other duties, primarily involve general support for the wider office team, specifically relating to diary management, meeting co-ordination, equipment allocation and travel reservations hence the ability to multi-task is essential.

This exciting full time opportunity will be based at our prestigious client's beautiful head office in central London.

The duration of the role will be for 3-6 months with possibility of extension, and the role is due to start straight away following a one stage interview process.

We're keen to hear from candidates with strong communication skills and excellent client facing/ customer service experience.

Suitable candidates must be extremely pro-active, punctual, highly efficient and meticulous.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure home-workers and office-based colleagues have the required support, assistance and equipment
  • Be the main point of contact for telephone queries and meeting and greeting clients/visitors
  • Manage IT equipment
  • Manage suppliers and stationary orders
  • Set up meeting rooms, arrange catering and manage diaries
  • Assist with distributing incoming post & franking outgoing post
  • Assist with travel bookings
  • Placing orders for office supplies & distributing around the office
  • Organise business lunches
  • Meet & greet Guests and provide refreshments

  • Previous experience in a similar position

  • Available to start a new role immediately
