Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow at the office
  • Manage reception duties, extending a warm welcome to visitors, coordinating visits, and handling ad hoc tasks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, collaborating with relevant departments to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and social team events.
  • Assist in organising team meetings, including preparing agendas, helping organise company events and team-building activities, making arrangements, coordinating logistics, and supporting their successful execution.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and happy to juggle multiple tasks and various priorities.
  • Previous office experience.
  • Immediate availability.

These roles are typically 4/5 days in the office, so would be suited to someone who prefers onsite work patterns.
