Performance Marketing Manager - Media

A great opportunity within a growing media based business has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Manager. This is a great role for a candidate to join a burgeoning marketing team to support growth initiatives and run the day-to-day delivery of a successful marketing programme.

Responsible for all paid performance activity, this position provides the chance for you to help set the paid marketing roadmap, manage agencies and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create and manage performance campaigns across paid channels to support launches, always-on activity and seasonal campaigns
  • Explore opportunities to innovate and optimise within new performance channels
  • Develop new growth hacking and optimisation strategies
  • Manage the performance agency, to define approach and manage process
  • Create a performance testing strategy to gain insights and learnings

You Will Have:

  • Thorough experience in performance marketing strategy
  • A background in and working knowledge of paid social, ad words and digital display
  • Agency management experience
  • The ability to run performance marketing campaigns across both paid search and paid social
  • At least 5 years' experience in a digital marketing role, planning and delivering performance focused digital marketing campaigns
  • Second to none communication skills, with the desire and drive to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
