An exciting opportunity to join a very successful, innovative marketing & communications agency on a 12-month FTC as a Personal Assistant.
Duties involved:
Manage complex diaries, schedules and itineraries for Senior Executives
Arrange and book travel (international and domestic)
Expenses management
Project coordination
Assist/ coordinate companywide events
Prepare/ proofread presentations/ documents required for board meetings
Gatekeeping- ensuring the Executive's time is managed effectively
Liaison with senior stakeholders/ other Executives within the business
Producing reports
Minute taking
Building effective relationships with internal and external partners
Skills & attributes required:
Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a PA (ideally within media/ the creative field)
Strong ability to work under pressure.
Team player and a fantastic communicator (written and verbal)
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Highly competent in all MS365 tools and functions, in particular Teams and outlook
