The Product Manager, Awards will work closely with the VP of Awards & Insight to create and bring to life a long term strategy for all Awards Products. They will act as the product owner and oversee the creation, development, execution and communication of all products relating to awards. They will act as a centre of excellence for the business and offer expert insight and guidance on the shape of the industry and how our products relate to this.

The successful candidate will have the brand strategy front of mind at all times and focus on protecting and nurturing the Global Benchmark. Ideal candidates will have a hunger for knowledge and industry insight. They will be passionate about building and delivering world class digital products that super serve our customers. They will be focussed on superior product development, client facing research and business development in order to contribute to their ambitious future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

Product

  • Planning and overseeing the long term strategy and vision for the development of all awards products.
  • Responsible for overseeing the delivery of all new product development relating to awards including the design and production of new products and the conception, creation and delivery awards related products.
  • Management of key industry stakeholders and customer facing research related to all Awards Products.

Partnerships

  • Management of Partnership projects from an Awards Product perspective.
  • Responsible for building out these partnerships by providing insight and knowledge on our products and the data that surrounds them.

Research

  • Responsible for overseeing all research projects relating to awards products and the ongoing gathering of insight and customer feedback from relevant stakeholders and key industry leaders- including round-tables, surveys and focus groups etc.
  • Encouraging and embedding a consultative, methodical approach based in research and insight within the team.

Product Communication & Messaging

  • Responsible for the messaging and communication both internally and externally relating to all awards products.
  • Overseeing all press releases and awards product content being distributed externally.
  • Communicating all awards product up
