Has hybrid working made people less tolerant of the office?
Have you been to the office, found that something doesn’t work and felt a little more frustrated than you used to?
You are not alone!
Trivial I know, but I’m happy to admit that having my own little at-home work space has, on occasion, made me a little more sensitive to the background noise of a busy office when I’m on a call at my desk!
With that said (and rant over!), 2022 has been the year I have seen everyone truly appreciating the value of working collaboratively and in office support roles!
After all it takes two to tango, but a whole team to conga! (And I’ll go full volume for that!)
If you're looking for an office support role, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
