Head down to Somerset house for their opening weekend of This Bright Land...

where their courtyard becomes a space for day and night performances, music, dance workshops and more - all to platform local creatives and grassroots communities.

Created by Gareth Pugh and Carson McColl (both Somerset House Studios artists), this weekend features:

🎛️ ESEA Sisters - the collective creating space for women, trans*, non-binary & genderqueer folks of East and Southeast Asian heritage

🎉 The Butterfly Ball with Vogue Rites - a night honouring transformation and joy, featuring a live catwalk, where non-members of the vogueing community are welcome to come and learn about the scene’s history and cultural significance.

🍔 Incredible food from Black Eats LDN.

🎡 35m observation wheel (£5.00 per ride), giving you amazing views across London.

🙌 FIGS IN WIGS Sunday Street Party - a family-friendly day-to-night party with line dancing masterclasses, weird and wonderful activities and a fashion show to close.

💄 Day to day, the courtyard plays hots to beauty and wellness pop-ups from M·A·C, Jo Malone London, Forest Essentials, Clinique, Dr. Jart, Bobbi Brown, Origins & Aveda.
