Administration – managing your candidate pool through candidate management platforms, ensuring CVs are up to date on the system, managing candidate placements and reporting successes/challenges to your director.
Personal brand building – producing social media posts to build your profile, working alongside marketing on campaigns to win new business and sharing industry insight.
