A celebration of influential Black women to close out Black History Month
The Celebrating Our Sisters concert highlights the main theme of 2023’s Black History Month on the 27th of October 2023
Hosted by DJ Linett Kamala, the celebration will open with Lea Mondo, the singer-songwriter and guitarist who is coming through the London Jazz scene with her experimental style, fusing soul, high life, afro-jazz and reggae and bossa-nova. The accompanying act is rising star, Mega. The soul artist has amassed 25 million streams on Spotify, and returns with her new single ‘Don’t Get Too Close’. Taking place at the Old Town Hall in Stratford, the event is free to participate
