  • Networking & relationship building – to build a large pool of candidates, understand their needs individually, and promote yourself as the go for their job search.

  • Social media savvy - to implement content strategies to help grow your talent pool.

  • Data management - to handle large databases of candidate data. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is key!

  • Resilience - to have enthusiasm and impatience to get going. Being results-driven while maintaining a creative mind to solve problems along the way.
