Last week we joined the High Potential Talent Summit 2025 as their Talent Development Partner!
Lots to reflect on but a special mention to Emma Richardson who leads our People Experience division and led a panel discussion on 'Building High Performing Diverse Intergenerational Teams'.

“Leaders today have a lot to keep up with! On top of the challenges of the wider generational mix, the awareness of neurodiversity is rising - whilst at the same time DE&I efforts are sadly being scaled back, rebranded, or completely side-lined in some cases. So much to navigate!
I was joined by Jenny Biggam, Hannah Awonuga, and Neil Griffiths, who shared their unique perspectives on what it takes to lead with impact and authenticity in this fast-changing landscape. The timing of this session felt perfect, and the ideas shared really resonated with the themes we're seeing from Leaders across the Handle community.
💡 One thing we ran out of time for, which I’d love to explore in future events, is the ever hot topic AI!

The panel conversation and the whole day of inspiring sessions at the Summit left me energised - and reminded me that effective leadership today requires true authenticity, courage, curiosity, and empathy.
