Meera N Patel is an Associate Director in the Global Brexit Insights team at Deloitte LLP. She is a corporate lawyer and business strategist with expertise in corporate restructurings, private M&A and commercial agreements. She advises business across sectors, including TMT, in formulating and implementing a Brexit business strategy. Prior to Deloitte, Meera advised business at EY on Brexit strategy. Prior to that, she worked at Latham & Watkins LLP.
