Jessica Lee is an Organisational Psychologist with 15 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Consulting, Recruitment and HR roles with leading brands and global best practice consultancies.  A passionate professional with vast experience in building results-focussed people solutions. Worked from junior to CEO levels across FMCG, Retail, Music, Finance and Aviation amongst other industries. She assists businesses to get the best from their people and provide a commitment for business change.

Jessica's expertise lies in the areas of People Strategy, Assessment for Selection and Development, Learning and Organisational Development and Executive Coaching,  priding herself on an honest and engaging style.

She holds an MSc from Dublin City University, is a member of the Irish Psychological Society, Division of Work & Organisational Psychology and DWOP Coaching Psychology Group.  A member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.  Level A&B Psychometric Accredited with the British Psychological Society.
