A leading marketing and creative agency in the entertainment sector is seeking an experienced Account Director to drive the strategic and commercial success of high-profile theatre and live entertainment campaigns.

In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, leading a team of account managers and executives to deliver integrated, data-driven marketing strategies that meet both client and business objectives.

We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in theatre marketing, be it from a venue, agency, or producer's perspective. This role needs a candidate who can hit the ground running, using their industry know-how and past successes to lead and inspire the team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative, measurable marketing strategies for live entertainment and cultural clients.

  • Act as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for multiple projects.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

  • Contribute to new business opportunities through strategic thinking and strong industry knowledge.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in entertainment, theatre, or cultural event marketing.

  • Proven leadership experience, managing both teams and senior client relationships.

  • Expertise in multi-channel and digital-first marketing campaigns.

  • Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, creative environment.

This is a London based role so candidates must be able to travel into central London to work from the office.
