We're on the look out for an Accounts Assistant to join an up & coming media group in the centre of London! The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, reporting into the Management Accountant and Financial Controller. Within this hybrid role, responsibilities include:
- Taking full responsibility of the Accounts Payable function
- Assisting with the Sales Ledger
- Assisting with Month End duties
- Bank Reconciliations
- Posting journals
- Assisting with the annual audit
- Dealing with company Expenses
- Any Ad-hoc financial tasks
Requirements:
- 1-2 years transactional finance experience
- Experience in an entertainment or media (financial) setting is an advantage
- Part qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- University degree (finance preferred)
- Self-motivated and fantastic communicator
- Excel & NetSuite knowledge preferred
