We are on the hunt for an Accounts Payable to join leading global strategic communication consultancy within their fantastic Finance team based in fabulous central London offices. Dealing with high profile clients the Accounts Payable Assistant is there to help grow the London office and provide exceptional service the the clientele.
A successful candidate should demonstrate excellent organisation and diligence, along with meticulous attention to detail. Ideally we are looking for an individual with around 3 years AP experience.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for various regions - UK, Asia
Co-ordinate and liaise with suppliers on Vendor Invoicing.
Complete expenses payment check aligned with company policy.
Experienced in AP invoice processing.
Preferred Net-Suite experience or another Oracle system.
Has the confidence to reject any that do not comply with company policy.
Liaise with members of the team/business.
Can complete reconciliations as and when required.
Analyse data required and communicated findings internally.
Can be trusted to handle confidential/sensitive information.
Organise files in a systematic way.
Skills:
Preferred studying to an Accounting qualification
Maths and English (C grades or above at GCSE/ A Level preferred)
Good attention to detail
Word/Excel Experience
Professional telephone manner
Ability to deliver to a deadline
AP experience 3 years plus
Organised and diligent
Can communicate with senior and junior members of staff
Team player
Hard working, flexible, organised, efficient, tenacious and robust
