We're working with an international media group, looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team! Joining their London-based team on a temporary basis, this hybrid role involves the following tasks:
- Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders and other expenditure claims
- Managing the AP inbox and all related queries
- Preparing payment runs
- Posting purchase ledger entries into the accounting system (e.g. invoices, payments & allocations)
- Resolving SAP issues, escalating where necessary
- Assisting with other ad-hoc financial tasks, as required
The Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years accounts payable experience (transactional financial experience in Media preferred)
- Experience with SAP is essential
- Intermediate Excel or higher (Nested functions, pivot tables)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coherently interact with non-finance personnel
- Enthusiastic, Proactive and Analytical
