We're on the look out for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing, independent media production group. Joining the hybrid, London-based team, the ideal candidate will have experience in cash book management, customer account maintenance, invoicing, and debt chasing.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Daily cashbook updates and accurate posting
- Customer account maintenance and cash reconciliation
- Debt chasing and management in collaboration with Sales Ledger Manager
- Assisting with invoicing process as needed
- Preparation of reports and updates for Sales Ledger Manager
- Posting invoices and account opening for new customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a sales ledger environment (media/creative industry preferred)
- Proven experience in complex cashbook management and successful debt chasing
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in television distribution/licensing (preferred)
