We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Officer to join a London-based Music Organisation. They have a great legacy in supporting Black and culturally diverse artists, this organisation offers talent development opportunities to up-and-coming talent within the music industry, paving the way for hugely successful careers!

As an Administrative Officer, you will be supporting the General Manager and the wider team with projects, data capturing, running reports and assisting with marketing tasks. This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself within the world of music!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining reports for accurate data capturing, and analysis and contributing to reports to the board, funders and clients.

  • Support with maintaining an orderly and productive office environment and office/team administration systems

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitor and telephone enquiries to ensure a great customer experience.

  • Student & participant support - Provide support to students/participants, arranging tutorials & one-to-one meetings.

  • Assisting with organising company events and conferences.

  • Ordering stationery, and IT equipment and managing office facilities.

Requirements and skills

  • Experience in carrying out Grant Applications and Performance Records

  • Previous experience in working with charities or education organisations

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures

  • Experience in running reports, data capturing and a good sense of numbers

  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a busy environment

  • A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
