We're on the lookout for an Executive Assistant to join a passionate team to play a pivotal role in providing the best support to the CEO as well as taking pride in overseeing Office Management duties in their London office!

This global company is well known in the music industry, they offer flexibility, progression opportunities, training support and the chance to be surrounded by music makers and music lovers!

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Own all aspects of diary management and manage a busy email inbox

  • Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, accommodation, dining and entertainment

  • Project manage key business initiatives. Review and report on progress, monitor deliverables against timelines.

  • Property management along with other Private PA duties

  • Ensure office supplies and stationery are well stocked and office is kept tidy

  • Offer general administrative support to wider teams as needed

  • Occasionally attend meetings and events

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a born planner, someone who enjoys prioritising an evolving workload

  • Solid Music Experience with the understanding of the music network

  • Understanding digital literacy is important (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel & Google Workspace

  • Remains calm, unfazed and focused when subject to high pressure or conflicting priorities

  • Experience of working at an executive support level as well as experience in the music or entertainment industries

This is a permanent, hybrid role based at in their London offices 3 days a week.
