As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for setting the long-term vision, driving innovative marketing execution and building a globally resonant presence for the businesses festivals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the long-term marketing vision across the business's festival portfolio
  • Translating brand strategy into data-driven, culturally rich multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Identify new revenue and audience growth opportunities through digital innovation, brand partnerships, and platform integrations
  • Evolving the business marketing stack to include predictive analytics and AI-driven insights
  • Owning the global festival marketing budget; forecast, manage, and optimise for ROI
  • Defining and tracking KPIs across ticket sales, campaign effectiveness, brand equity, and sponsor impact
  • Building and mentoring a high-performing team across creative, digital, media, and CRM

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Detailed marketing leadership experience in live entertainment, music, media, or global brand - Ideally with festival marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-market campaigns and teams
  • Experience being hands-on managing a junior team, spotting upskilling and training opportunities, providing mentorship and coaching to ensure success and growth for direct reports
  • Deep fluency in youth culture, music trends, and the global Black diaspora
  • Expertise in digital performance marketing, brand storytelling, and CRM/loyalty strategy
