Handle Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a leading entertainment and talent agency, who are looking to grow their team and bring on an experienced Talent Agent.
With an unmatched reputation for sculpting and nurturing talent, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a legendary agency!
As an Agent with us, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of entertainment. Other key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and representing international TV, Theatre, and Film acting talent in the UK and US, including contract drafting and negotiation of contract terms.
- Building relationships with industry professionals and maintaining daily contact with casting directors and producers.
- Attending industry events with and without clients.
- Managing Assistants.
- Scouting, signing, and retaining clients all the while promoting and representing the agency.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm, dedication, warmth, and energy.
