Assistant Management Accountant - Music - Central London
I am looking for an Assistant Management Accountant for an exciting new role within the Music and Live Events industry. This Assistant Management Accountant will work alongside the CFO and qualified management accounting looking after accounts up to the trial balance stage.
This role offers a 4 day working week, excellent benefits, study support and flexible working. The company have a great training programme and are looking for a candidate ready to take the next step and enjoys a challenge.
Key responsibilities:
- All balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed Assets & Investments
- Creditors / debtors
- Stock tracking / posting / recs
- Bank recs
- Intercompany recs
- Accruals and prepayments
- Monthly revenue recognition
- Overhead analysis
- Cross-group recharges
- Dealing with the bank on an operational level
Key skills:
- Part qualified accountant or studying towards a professional qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented self-starter
- Preferably experience gained from an SME Music / Media company
- An interest in Music/Live Events
- Strong Excel skills
