Handle Recruitment is seeking a candidate with a passion for the creative sectors and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills to join a world renowned international festival of creativity!

This role is a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth day-to-day running of the Awards Engagement team. It involves processing and maintaining datasets, refining and implementing processes and working with multiple teams to help the Awards team deliver world class service to customers across marketing and creativity.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Festival progress trackers

  • Conducting basic data analysis and producing regular reports

  • Maintaining performance dashboards

  • Point of contact with the development team; identifying and communicating bugs; suggesting improvements for both internal processes and customer experience

  • Coordinating with finance on customer queries regarding sanctions, invoices and payment issues.

  • Fully embracing and contributing to the development of the technology (SalesForce, Google Suite, Internal Network)

  • On-site coordination and delivery of Awards activities which supplement the overall customer experience. Delivery of on-site objectives are key to capping off the premium, year-round customer experience.

  • Potential: Management of seasonal staff key to ensuring success on site and delivering timely insights across the business

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous proven experience in either business operations (ideally for a sales or account

  • management team) or admin support.

  • Experience processing large quantities of data, verifying information and updating document formats. Experience with CRM systems is also ideal.

  • Ability to understand a spreadsheet and how to manipulate it to find answers to questions quickly including using formulas, pivot tables, V Lookups, Index Search etc.

  • Strong time management skills - ability to stick to deadlines
