A Global Entertainment Company are seeking a Brand Commercialisation Coordinator to provide essential operational and coordination support to the EMEA Brand Commercialisation team, enabling the effective execution of brand strategies, franchise initiatives, and commercial activation plans across the region.

This a 3 month temporary position with an immediate start, based in West London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and distribute Brand Commercialisation tools, pitch decks, and supporting resources across the business accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Co-develop and manage the Brand Commercialisation briefing process to ensure clear alignment and execution.
  • Provide operational coordination and on-the-ground support for Brand Update events and key brand presentations.
  • Maintain and manage the Brand Commercialisation planning calendar and deliverables schedule, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organise and facilitate regular planning, activation, and alignment meetings.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors in relation to major Brand Commercialisation activities, events, and presentations.
  • Ensure consistent, clear project communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of high-quality presentations with strong visual and brand consistency.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in brand commercialisation, brand marketing, licensing, or a related field.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Keynote.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Highly organised with strong project coordination skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong eye for design, layout, and visual presentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.

This is a 3-month temporary position with an immediate start. Based in the office 4 days a week and 1-day WFH.
