Handle are excited to be working with a content production agency like no other, who are looking for an experienced all rounded Brand Marketing Manager to join their growing business.

Committed to being carbon neutral by 2025 and has a goal to plant over one million trees over the next five years, as well as supporting many environmental groups, including African charities protecting species on the brink of extinction.

They deliver creative production and technology-led work flow solutions for in-house brand studios, agencies, production companies and rights holders. It operates across a variety of industries including beauty, automotive, travel, luxury, health, hospitality, fashion, tech, government industries.

The Role

In this exciting role you will be reporting directly to the CEO and senior team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promotion - plan and execute a strategy to promote the business across the industry and its stakeholders standing us apart as innovators with a unique tone of voice (customers and competitors)

  • Brand - Act as brand guardian for the company brand and all associated brands. Actively ensure brand guidelines are adhered to correctly by staff, external partners and media.

  • Collaborate with CEO and Creative Director to define the marketing plan and ensure it aligns with ongoing business objectives

  • Design - actively provide creative ideas and recommendations for all sales and marketing materials. Deliver ad hoc design requirements for senior management and other parts of the business.

  • Manage the social media strategy

  • Find and tell success stories both internally and externally

  • Work closely with People Operations to elevate internal communication

  • Collateral - Design high quality materials from concept to publication adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring related copy is accurately proofed.

  • Photography/Imagery - Manipulate and enhance photography and imagery from internal and external sources

  • Support the Commercial Team in developing marketing initiatives that drive customer loyalty and customer acquisition.

  • Implementation of brand calendars, brand plans and new acquisition launches and events.

  • General marketing skills - provide support in other aspects of marketing as and when required e.g., organising events

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience of b2b marketing communications across integrated activity

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role is highly desirable

  • Strong design skills - With exceptional attention to detail and ability to take complex service propositions and present them in a strong visual manner.

  • Must be creative and have an artistic flair

  • Able to think strategically and deliver project goals

  • A high standard of organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, able to use own initiative and work without close supervision.

  • Brand Marketing experience in the content production industry market would be ideal.

Benefits and Practicalities

  • Salary of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum depending on experience

  • 20 days holiday per year and Public Holidays

  • Hours of 9- 5.30p.m based in our Central London office/2-3 days from September and work from home
