Calling all car loving candidates!
New immediate start role for x4 collections representatives working mostly remote (office is London based). Your role is integral to the success of the collections journey, speaking to customers through the phone and via email. You will be excellent at handling any issues which may arise and ensuring every customer has a positive experience with the brand.
Working pattern will be Monday to Friday, usual office hours, must have flexibility to work some weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the voice of the brand, supporting our customers mainly via phone calls and emails (with some live chat)
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure process is smooth and effortless for the customer
- Keeping systems up to date, utilising Zendesk and Salesforce
About You:
- You will have experience of working in a busy customer facing environment and receiving calls
- Experience of working in the automotive industry is desirable
- Can-do attitude, flexibility and creativity, ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes
- You have excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Zendesk and Salesforce is desirable but not required
