Community Manager - E-Learning

We have a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and highly conscientious individual to join a growing start up within the E-Learning industry. Based fully remotely, this role is extremely varied and requires someone who is confident managing and operating in a number of areas; Account Management, Client Support, Marketing, Project Management, Event Management and Administration.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with a growth mind-set and the ability to maintain a strong sense of urgency, strong initiative and who is passionate about Learning and Development, in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Manage multiple client accounts and be their point of contact

  • Conduct periodic reviews on client's success and development

  • On boarding new clients

  • Working with the Marketing agency to promote new content - through email channels, notifications and social media

  • Managing Client data and prepare marketing strategies

  • Manage and plan public-facing events for the business

  • Supporting production teams in the delivery of video projects

  • Managing learning projects internally and externally

  • Troubleshooting client issues, both technical and non-technical

  • Providing client reports, where necessary

  • Fielding or escalating client support requests

  • Basic Technical support

  • Assisting the two business owners with administration and ad-hoc tasks

Candidate Profile: -

  • 2/3 years' experience in a similar role or start up

  • Passionate about E-Learning / L&D

  • Experience in customer service and digital or SaaS platforms

  • Ability to work (and be managed) remotely and still be highly productive

  • Motivated and driven self-starter

  • Growth mind-set; open to new ideas and learning new methods

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
