CRM Manager - Sales and Media

Working within the finance department of a global media company, our client are looking for an effective and impactful CRM manager, with fantastic working knowledge of sales systems and internal CRM systems.

This role involves managing the internal CRM and sales system, and will monitor usage and controls, reporting and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing training to users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective end to end management of the CRM system, whilst managing the offshore team, ensuring accurate customer and project creation, error resolution and seamless integration with SAP and legal contract databases
  • Monitoring CRM inputs, processes and outputs to ensure the efficient processing of sales, from deal entry to contract generation
  • Be the key point of contact for CRM stakeholders to resolve system and process issues queries
  • Responsible for the monthly CRM close process
  • Provide bespoke trackers and reports to both Sales and Finance stakeholders.

You Will Have:

  • Experience of using sales CRM systems and understanding their touch points with legal and finance
  • Experience with a contract management system
  • Both technical CRM experience and analytical system experience
  • Demonstrable success in managing and leading CRM initiatives
  • Knowledge of the media industry

This is a great role, based 3 days per week in Chiswick. The right candidate will be highly numerate, and have strong communication skills.
