We're working with a global entertainment provider, seeking a CRM Specialist to join their EMEA Marketing Operations team in London.
This role sits at the heart of lifecycle marketing efforts, executing campaigns, running experiments, and optimising user messaging across a variety of channels. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful, data-driven marketing at scale, supporting a global audience and collaborating with high-performing teams across the business.
Candidates will ideally have worked for a large global organisation and should ideally have used Braze or similar and should have previous experience or working in a similar role.
Pleae note this is not a strategic role and will predominately focus on working with existing briefs.
This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the London office so we cannot consider remote applicants for this role. It will initially be a 12 month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Building, testing, and deploying lifecycle campaigns across key messaging channels
- Performing quality assurance on campaigns prior to their launch
- Collaborating with marketing strategists to execute campaigns that drive video content engagement
- Monitoring and optimising campaign performance, addressing issues as they arise
- Implementing analytics tracking and encoding campaigns for reporting
- Ensuring aligns with GDPR and global compliance standards
- Providing ad-hoc reporting and insights to marketing partners
- Following best practices across CRM/lifecycle marketing
Key Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on CRM / lifecycle marketing experience
- Strong understanding of email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging platforms
- Proven ability to code and edit HTML emails and adjust templates
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing and optimisation
- Prior experience supporting globally distributed teams, accompanied with excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Familiarity with agile workflows and tools like Jira/Confluence
