We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a global entertainment company based in Milton Keynes. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a company and progress your career over the years. If you have an interest in Music and Entertainment and want to provide top customer support then this is the role for you!

The role:

  • Resolving customer enquiries over email, live chat and phone
  • Resolving issues, tracking deliveries
  • Replacing customer orders
  • Helping with refunds
  • Tracking customer orders
  • Communicating with warehouse staff to resolve issues
  • Provide bespoke customer service
  • Help mentor newer colleagues
  • Experience in Zendesk helpful but not necessary
  • Experience with live chat and social media is also helpful but not necessary
