We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a global entertainment company based in Milton Keynes. The role:
- Resolving customer enquiries over email, live chat and phone
- Resolving issues, tracking deliveries
- Replacing customer orders
- Helping with refunds
- Tracking customer orders
- Communicating with warehouse staff to resolve issues
- Provide bespoke customer service
- Help mentor newer colleagues
- Experience in Zendesk helpful but not necessary
- Experience with live chat and social media is also helpful but not necessary
