We are looking for an ambitious junior Marketing executive to join a Global Events company that focus on the energy portfolio of events which take place across LATAM and Africa- you will also get to join on these Global travel events!

This role is based in Fulham and the team are in 4 days in the office and working from home Fridays

Salary for this role is 26-27K

The Ideal candidate would have solid experience executing marketing campaigns that raise brand awareness, generate leads and nurture existing leads. Your strengths will lie in social media skills and abilities to create and convey marketing material on social media platforms to achieve a business goal, especially in LinkedIn, Paid Search Campaigns, SEO is essential and Email marketing - But if you are missing one of these, we will provide training as a character and the right attitude is key in this role!

As your role evolves you will become accountable for planning and strategising marketing campaigns, where it will be vital you can communicate with multiple departments to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Most importantly, you will be enthusiastic, ready to work sometimes long hours (beyond 9-5) and have good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Delivery
  • Develop and ensure effective delivery of marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, create customer engagement, generate visitor traffic and sales leads. This could include but is not limited to: SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns and LinkedIn Organic and Paid campaigns.
  • Write and proof any copy for promotional materials, with attention to detail
  • Organise our presence at events with any promotional assets needed
  • Data & Insights Driven
  • Work with our internal teams, to identify relevant existing data to target, opportunities for new data acquisition, and work with the marketing team to ensure a consistent funnel of sales leads and event visitors.
  • Identify and report on KPIs throughout to constantly optimise performance, from direct response to Google Analytics, to report on performance plus suggest and implement new campaign tactics.
  • Support the team with customer insights, data analysis and new business leads
  • Identify key industry trends, innovations, technologies and internal practices that can drive growth
  • Customer-Centric
  • Ensure campaigns are influenced by customer data, research, performance review and feedback
  • Implement any tactics needed to get customer experience feedback for product development/enhancement
