  • Grow the affiliate publisher network to support new customer acquisition whilst building relationships with key partners - focus on elevating the brand & reaching new audience
  • Recruit high quality, content lead publishers to the affiliate program, with a focus on driving on-brand content & incremental revenue growth
  • Drive and own the affiliates and partnerships targets and KPIs and the measurement and reporting of these, ensuring there is a sense of pace and urgency to achieving them
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate/partner performance, competitor propositions and industry trends to ensure effectiveness and profitability of the channel. Make recommendations for improvements based on performance data
  • Liaising with other areas of digital & brand marketing, as well as operational areas of the business, to ensure campaigns are timely, on brand & efficient
  • This role will have the support of a Digital Marketing Assistant working across the channel

  • An excellent understanding of how Affiliate Marketing fits within the context of the wider online marketing mix.
  • A strong working knowledge of Affiliate marketing platforms/networks (Awin, Rakuten etc.)
  • Proven track record of successful partner, agency and team relationship building, including strong networking skills.
  • An approachable and unflappable manner, and ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ideally experience of performance digital marketing within fashion retail or the footwear industry
  • International experience preferred, running Digital campaigns for the US or EU markets
  • You'll be a confident and persuasive communicator, able to engagingly share technical information and influence others at the highest levels of the business
  • Experience using and working with Google Analytics 360 and Rakuten platforms
  • Advanced working knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
  • Research and stay up to date on new content sources (blogger, vlogger, influencers)
  • You'll be a proactive person enthused by scoping your digital career within fashion retail
  • Excellent multi-tasker who isn't afraid of a challenge
  • Commercially savvy and a keen negotiator
  • You'll be on the pulse with all things digital (blogs, latest technology, and trends)
