We are looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to work for a company who are leaders in global promotional compliance. Due to continued growth in Digital services, they are seeking to fill an important and challenging role in their Digital Team.

They advise brands and agencies on the development and delivery of prize promotions via on pack offers, social, digital, along with judging competitions, running prize draws, implementing 'Willy Wonka' style instant wins and overseeing voting for major TV shows such as ITV's National TV Awards and the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing.

In this role you will report in to the Head of Quality and Analytics and will provide a responsive and crucial function in the planning and implementation of the delivery of digital services for consumer promotions, including creating and managing timelines, identifying and managing risk, building strong relationships with our customers to deliver outstanding client servicing.

Salary - £30,000-£34,000 + company performance related bonus

Location - HA5 5NE, Pinner

Hours - 9am-5.30pm. Hybrid - Monday, Tuesday & Thursday in the office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning certain parts of the project, monitoring its progress, co-ordinating meetings and overseeing members of the project team
  • Proficient in all aspects of administration and documentation including Jira and Paprika
  • Identify when it is suitable to involve 3rd party suppliers and brief them clearly
  • Document project issues, risks and opportunities
  • Provide input to project review / closure reports
  • Communicate with client contacts via email and phone, both inbound and outbound, proactively/reactively and to follow up with contact reporting
  • Demonstrate ability to spot project issues, problems, identify causes and possible solutions and implement remedial actions
  • Attendance at client conference calls and meetings with the Digital Project Manager as necessary
  • Utilising the existing product portfolio to implement the technical aspects of a wide variety of promotional campaigns. i.e. mailer setup for winner communication, system reviews and unique code creation,
  • Hands on use of the product portfolio to build promotional microsites add value with a templated builder.
  • Briefing and working with the development team and third parties to deliver added value and design work for client campaigns.
  • Briefing of creative design when necessary
  • Reporting and support for live projects via internal products and utilising Google Analytics.

Essential Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years full time experience in a client servicing, sales or project support role
  • Able to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with good keyboard skills. Some advanced elements of Excel required to support data management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer / client focused
  • Thorough and accurate at all times. Focus on cause and effect to prevent errors and oversight
  • Self-motivated
  • Commercial - awareness of costs and importance of margin
