Agile Project Manager Scrum Programme Manager Sports Mobile Apps Digital Platform Outside IR35
Handle is working with a Global Digital Sports Fan Engagement client to recruit an exceptional Digital Project Lead to take up leadership of a mobile app and digital platform that will be used by millions.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage the budget and payment schedule
● Manage the delivery of technically complex, user-centric mobile applications end-to-end
● Manage the feature road-map for the mobile application
● Facilitate agile ceremonies in a large multi-disciplinary software development team
● Challenge and seek to improve and optimise the ways of working within a development squad
● Manage expectations of a range of stakeholders and 3rd parties
● Optimise and influence the core delivery processes
● Expert knowledge of the forecasting process for a project and client
● Expert knowledge of backlog management and spotting dependencies
● Expert in project planning, tracking and reporting tools and processes
● Proven ability to manage a complex software development project end-to-end
● Proven ability to identify, communicate and mitigate against risks
● Expert account management skills,
● Extremely proficient in people management, with demonstrable experience leading a squad of diverse skill-sets
● Strong knowledge of agile scrum delivery process and ways of working, with proven experience of positively influencing the ways of working within a business or delivery team to maximise output
● Strong focus on solutions rather than problems
● A keen eye for detail
