Handle Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager with experience across DM, email and performance marketing to work with a world recognised bank, focusing on the business sector.
*This will be on a six month fixed term contract initially, to begin either end of Q1 or in Q2. Salary up to £55k pro rata*
As the Marketing Campaign Manager focusing on email and direct marketing your responsibilities will include:
Develop, manage and deliver segmented and relevant communications to customers and prospects across multiple touchpoints; this could be a combination of campaign and triggered communications with Email & DM core channels and open market display/social experience beneficial
Ensure that campaigns are of the desired standard and are effectively delivered against both commercial and brand objectives
Ensure communications consistently challenge the norm, push boundaries creatively and always reflect industry best practice, all the while integrating across ATL, BTL and Digital channels
Ensure communications are on product message, customer focused, developed in line with brand guidelines, aligned to brand values, adhere to regulatory requirements and developed in line with relevant governance frameworks
Deliver campaigns on time, on budget and on brief, whilst ensuring high levels of accuracy and that QA is never compromised
Review campaigns, report on performance and capture learnings to implement
Work collaboratively with creative and production agencies to ensure campaigns are industry best practice and customer-centric
Manage and coordinate all stakeholders throughout the delivery of the campaign
To be successful in this role you will have:
Detailed knowledge and experience of developing and delivering world class direct and digital marketing customer comms across multiple routes to market. DM, Email, Social and Digital expertise is a must. Podcast & wider channel knowledge and experience in customer engagement is desirable
Confidence working across multiple projects at any given time, you'll have strong juggling and prioritisation skills learnt in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
Great comms skills, both written and verbal, be highly organised and have great attention to detail.
Ability to operate in a complex, changeable environment which is subject to continuous change, following processes to mitigate risk and non-compliance and managing multiple stakeholders efficiently
