Fantastic new opportunity for a detail focused Account Management Assistant to support the dynamic digital distribution team at this iconic global studio. This team is responsible for the buying and renting rights (EST & VOD) for all of the company's film and TV projects internationally. This includes the management of all transactional storefronts such as Amazon, Apple, Google and Microsoft, as well as all local partners.

The Account Management Assistant role is a key role within the team and will work closely with the Sales Administration, Operations, Business Insights, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure delivery of accurate information on new content launches, pricing and promotions.

Day to day your workload can include:

  • Picking titles to go on promotion
  • Attending meetings with clients from around the globe
  • Tracking marketing plans
  • Entering promotional dates and prices into a database
  • Analyzing data to make recommendations
  • Checking internal systems for rights, holdbacks, and dates
  • Uploading artwork to clients
  • Answering questions from external clients regarding upcoming title releases
  • Ensuring titles are live on storefronts
  • Liaising with internal teams to check on licensing and asset deliveries
  • Managing complex excel documents

This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively. This role includes a fair amount of admin-type work, with a requirement to learn many internal systems and processes.
