Iconic Global Film/TV Studio have a fantastic new Team Coordinator opportunity supporting the Trade Marketing function within International Digital Distribution. This team is responsible for the buying and renting rights (EST & VOD) for all of the company's film and TV projects internationally. This includes the management of all transactional digital platforms such as Amazon, Apple, Google as well as all local partners and working across the global business.

The Trade Marketing Coordinator is a key role within the team and will work closely with many different departments including the Marketing, Account Management, and Operations team.

Experience in Entertainment / Film & TV is highly desirable. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively. This role includes a fair amount of admin-type work but equally the opportunity to own projects within the growing digital business. This role also requires excellent communication across multiple stakeholders including external partners.

Day to day workload might include:

  • Attending meetings with clients from all international territories
  • Tracking marketing plans
  • Work across all titles, keeping apprised of strategies and utilizing for creative briefs
  • Write copy and scripts for talent and custom creative content
  • Uploading artwork to clients
  • Fielding requests from clients
  • Close working relationship with Creative Services to streamline asset delivery
  • Manage and track client marketing and merchandising requests

Skills

  • European languages a plus
  • Smartsheet and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Adobe Photoshop a plus
